As part of making sure our service suits your needs we try to offer a package that will best suit your requirements.  Our Standard Selling Service, which will suit most clients, would be charged at 1%, inclusive, of the selling price of the property*.

• Viewings booked By Appointment, and Accompanied if required

• Regular Sales Progression

We do also offer an upfront payment option for those who prefer that approach, with upfront fee options starting from as little as £995, inclusive.**

EPC

Current legislation requires that all properties placed For Sale have a valid Energy Performance Certificate (EPC). If you do not already have an EPC, we can arrange yours for £90, inclusive
