Currently we offer Tenant Find Services only:

Tenant Find Only (TFO) - £595, payable only when a tenant is found

This option includes

• Marketing the property to find you a suitable tenant

• Accompanied Viewings

• Preparation of an Assured Short-hold Tenancy Agreement

• Setting up the Standing Order for your tenants rent payment

• Checking the tenant into the property

• Referencing of Tenants by professional 3rd Party Referencing Company

• Deposit Protection via the Deposit Protection Service

• Inventories from £100

• EPCs (Energy Performance Certificates) from £90

• Gas Safety Certificates & Service  from £99

• Electrical Safety Checks - quote available upon request

• Tenancy Agreement from £90

Costs for Other Services are available upon request.

For our existing managed clients, the monthly costs is £75pcm.  Remarketing costs when a property is vacated is a reduced tenant find charge of £500, payable from the new tenants' first month's rent.

All fees are shown INCLUSIVE of any applicable taxes, such as VAT.

These fees and services came into effect on 29 August 2023 .  They are for new clients only, and may not apply to all existing clients.  Existing clients with fee enquiries should contact  our Director on 0116 2719898.
